My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased a new home in January of 2022. Our realtor was Thomas Wilmer, he was very knowledgeable of the houses and areas we chose to look into. Thomas worked earnestly in getting our previous house sold and making sure that our expectations were met. In a sellers market where houses are over priced, he was able to keep our stress levels down by communicating exactly what we should expect. He was very personable he made the process feel quick and seemless. We were able to go to closing on both houses on the same day.
