Tia Cooper

As a Blount County native, Tia knows this area better than most, and is always glad to help a family move into a more spacious home or retire into something a little smaller. This is a great place to live and work, and Tia is proud to be part of the real estate community in Blount County. She has been helping families in Blount County and the surrounding areas since 1996 when she became a licensed agent.

Tia services all areas in Blount County including Alcoa, Friendsville, Louisville, Maryville, Rockford, Tallassee, Townsend, Walland, and also services all surrounding counties including Knox, Loudon, Sevier, and more. Tia holds a Tennessee Broker's Real Estate License. She is a member of the Knox County Association of Realtors as well as the Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors. Tia also received her GRI designation from the Realtor Institute. Holding the GRI designation requires in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
