About Tia

I have been licensed in real estate since 2014. I fell in love with the home buying process when I bought my first home and knew that I wanted to help people do the same thing. My favorite part of the job is helping people realize the options available to them and seeing their dreams come to fruition! I also love a good fixer upper, and have helped buyers and sellers with remodels and rehabs. Prior to doing real estate sales I was a dispatcher with CALFIRE/Riverside County for almost 8 years. I grew up primarily in Lake Arrowhead where I still visit frequently to see family and friends. I have one daughter, 3 bonus kiddos and a Golden Retriever (Hunter) who keep life full and fun! In our free time we are typically at the river, the lake or camping in the desert. And if I can find some alone time I love playing guitar, singing and writing! This industry is constantly evolving and I am always on the lookout for ways to stay sharp for my clients and colleagues.

Well, my husband and I were in the market for a while which seemed like forever working with realtors that just didnt seem to be a fit for us in our journey. I contacted Tia , a referral from our L.O. Susann which was also awesome, but Tia!! what a difference in service from our last realtor. From timing to strategically mapping out houses to view.
