Tiana is absolutely wonderful to work with. I believe her greatest strength is her quick and effective action. We looked at several places, with both living and investing in mind, and finally landed on a wonderful place in Grosse Pointe. She represented me well through the whole process, and was always there to explain things and lend new ideas. Another strength of hers is that she is quite resourceful (with her also being a mortgage broker), and she can lend much advice towards renovations, renting, location selection, different types of mortgages, etc. I would highly recommend here to friends and family :)
