I am so pleased with every aspect of how Tiffany handled the sale of my Fathers property, in the desert area of Julian . Every time Tiffany showed the house it was approximately an hour drive each way and Tiffany always had such a positive attitude, very professional, and a very kind person !! I would highly recommend Tiffany for any real estate transactions near or far !! I am so grateful to have had Tiffany sell my Fathers home!!

Tiffany is the best! Kail and I wanted to buy a house for the first time, but we didn’t know anything about the whole buying process. I felt bad for asking her so many questions, but she answered each one of them with extra information for me with a quick response time too. I never thought that the first home we would get would be my actual dream home, and I am so grateful for that. It wouldn’t be possible without her great negotiating skills as she made it possible for my boyfriend and I to afford our house with extra comfort. I fully trusted every recommendation she gave us when it came to the inspections, disclosures, and loan officers like Sean from Guaranteed Rate. Tiffany portrays experience and character through her diligence, professionalism, and eager spirit to help others.

As I’m writing this review, I’m sitting in my new home with a beautiful view. I feel more happy and at peace being here, especially with her cute house warming gift basket! It’s custom made with useful gifts that match our house’s interior, which also makes me see her focused attention to every detail.

I fully recommend Mrs. Tiffany Bagalini to anyone who’s looking for the perfect home. She always showed up to every inspection and walk through on time. I want to thank her so much for this smooth and exciting experience.

It was a pleasure having Tiffany represent us in the sale of our house in the Back Country. Doing so requires a special knowledge of the unique issues out here, which she has since she lives in the area.

Tiffany did a great job and was very professional when dealing with all of the various participants in the process.

We had many questions along the way, which she always answered promptly by phone or email. She provided a lot of valuable information, which helped move things forward in a timely fashion. The process is stressful enough, so it was great to have her on our side to alleviate some of the pressure of staying on track.

Having worked with many real-estate agents over the years, we have had a variety of experiences… some good, some not so good. Tiffany is simply the best agent we have worked with. She represented us as buyers for a recent home purchase in Julian. Meeting Tiffany happened by chance, as we were looking at another property and “stumbled” on a home Tiffany had listed. Tiffany was amazing!
She has a drive to sell your home!. She always communicates in a timely manner and does an excellent job posting your listing online with her amazing photographer who does drone footage and video. The sell of my property was very complicated and there was a lot of moving parts for it to sell. She made it happen quick and I was surprised how much more she got on the selling price. I am very happy with her services and Julian Realty. If you’re selling or buying in the San Diego county Mountain area, she is definitely the best choice in an agent.

Tiffany Bagalini did an incredible job for us. Our house in Julian needed to be sold "as is" since it had been a rental for the past twelve or thirteen years and was in horrible shape both inside and out. After consulting with Tiffany we decided to offer it at a much-reduced price to individuals and companies who specialized in flipping homes. As our renters were reluctant to move out and set strict rules as to when Tiffany could show the house, she had to work with a narrow window of time and only had access one day a week. The first sale fell through during escrow. Finally, however, and with a lot of effort, she was able to find us a buyer and escrow closed last month. We have worked with several agents over the past few years and she was by far the most outstanding. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

We heard that Tiffany recently acquired Julian Realty and was doing a great job rebuilding the business. With her previous experience, we knew that she was exactly what we were looking for.
