So much has changed with real estate since I bought my house 23 years ago but Tiffany was on top of various tactics & pitfalls. Despite how frustrating the selling experience can be, Tiffany mitigated the issues and guided me to success! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house!

At first, even though I wanted to hire Tiffiany, I was apprehensive to hire Tiffiany as my agent because she wasn’t 100% full-time. In this market, however, she proved me completely wrong. She was extremely dedicated to her job as an agent. She was very professional yet personable, qualities I wanted in an agent.

Her followup was timely with the sales agent and construction managers for my new build. In today’s market, if you don’t have that, you are left behind. We faced numerous obstacles during the building process; ie material (stolen), changes in building material for appliance shortages due to Covid, you name it…it was happening.

I must say as an anxious buyer, there were times I would get a little frustrated because I wanted things to happen sooner, but most of those things were out of her control. If there is something seriously wrong with the home that could be dangerous to you or your family-my suggestion…wait until it’s repaired to close or you end up paying out of your pocket personally, ie; for all your meals if your cooktop (gas) is inoperative. Where she could improve something, she did!

In my quest for a new home, I wanted to WIN! In the end, even though it took me 6 closing dates (to no fault of hers or mine), I definitely feel like I won! As we mentioned recently, we family now!

I highly recommend Tiffiany!!!
