Tiffany sold our home recently and it went extremely well. Yes, it sold fast, very fast, but it was more than that, that sparked this review! Realtors can't snap their fingers and the perfect buyer appears. It involves some good timing to match a home with a buyer/family. We were blessed on that one! Her five star status, in my mind, started long before the "listing day"!
We interviewed three realtors to sell our house and they all seemed competent, but Tiffany stood out! She has this confident, yet calmness, about her. With this huge move, due to a job, I really needed that! My husband and I wanted someone that was motivated, of course, but also professional, had morals and paid attention to details. We received ALL of that with Tiffany!
As soon as we signed on with her, she got the ball rolling. She gave us great guidance along the way, was always available to answer our questions or concerns and handled our closing, seamlessly!
I don't think it could have gone any smoother, to be honest! If I had any reservations in the beginning, it was that we did not live in Celebration, where her office resides. This had NO impact, as we witnessed her efforts and research to get the details/comps in OUR area correct. She truly goes above and beyond.
I highly recommend Tiffany as a realtor and ALL her other great qualities, come as a perk:)

Tiffany was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping us with our condo purchase in Celebration. Tiffany lives in the area and had immediate and accurate answers to all of our questions. She was always able to provide very timely and precise information regarding the local market and had an extremely good understanding of prices and comps in current market conditions. We were not from the area, and at the time we purchased our condo sales were fast and furious. Tiffany always responded to us almost immediately, and was able to very competently conduct several viewings of properties online, in some cases with very short notice . Furthermore, she is a great negotiator and offered us excellent guidance. With her help we ultimately made a purchase that we are extremely happy with at a great price. Tiffany kept us from over-paying for a couple of places, and we found her advice to always be trustworthy and indispensable. Additionally, being from Celebration, Tiffany was able to point us in the right direction to find local professionals and and finance options that greatly aided and streamlined the purchase process. Throughout the process Tiffany was very thorough in her evaluation of properties we looked at always giving us local insight as to the properties value. She educated us on the types of homes available and the locations of homes as it related to value. We found Tiffany because she was the agent associated with a house that was for sale that we were interested in. Her understanding of our situation, her real estate knowledge of the Orlando area, diligence, and overall professionalism caused us to part ways with our previous real estate agent and choose Tiffany instead. It paid off, and we couldn't have been more happier with the choice of having made her our real estate agent.

We had been looking for a home to purchase in the Orlando area for two years, and that whole time Tiffany was our eyes and ears and expert reference through the whole process. She tirelessly worked on our behalf, taking photos, videos, and working with other agents to ensure that we were fully supported, even though we couldn't be there physically to inspect all the houses we looked at. Tiffany never once failed to reach back to us immediately whenever we found a possible contender to purchase. I couldn't imagine a more responsive, knowledgeable and patient real estate agent than Tiffany. She was quite simply the perfect real estate agent that we needed.

Tiffany was quite simply the perfect real estate agent. I still can't believe that she was patient enough to stick with us for two years, going to countless homes, making countless phone calls on our behalf and always being there to communicate with us when time was of the essence. We couldn't be happier with the job Tiffany did to identify options, arrange showings, and provide general insight on the various suburbs of Orlando. We ended up buying new construction, which lasted a year, and during the build Tiffany did a great job visiting the site, providing us photographic updates, communicating our concerns with the builder, and ensuring all aspects of settlement were on track. My wife and I worked with Tiffany to purchase our new home in July 2019. Without getting overly detailed, and simply put.... Tiffany is a pro. She worked with us for almost 1 full year before we ultimately found the home we now own and love. Tiffany knew that for us to make an offer on any house that the home had to be the perfect home for us. We would not simply compromise for anything short of perfect. She was really great throughout the entire process.

Tiffany scheduled (and attended with us) close to 20 different viewings from Windermere to Lake Mary. We laughed together at the homes that definitely weren't a good fit, and learned from homes that were close, but not quite perfect. We felt really comfortable with her as she never put any pressure on us....ever.... for anything. She knew that when we found the right house, we would let her know, and she was very happy to work with us in a way that enabled us to be comfortable and patient.

If you're looking for a realtor who truly is on your side, and not just looking for a commission I would strongly recommend that you reach out to Tiffany. She's now one of our friends, and not just our realtor anymore.

Moving into a new state often means starting from scratch in understanding the local real estate market. Tiffany spent a lot of time to really understand what we were looking for, and then presented great options almost as if she had known us for several years. This is a rare and really valuable skill which was greatly appreciated!
