Tiffany Collins does more than you can imagine to make your house selling experience feel like a dream. She made all the recomendations and helped find the right people to get my house in the shape it needed to be to fetch top dollar on the market. She even brought her own decorations in and spent time landscaping to make sure my house looked outstanding for the professional photoshoot she provides. Every detail down to the kind of lightbulbs to create the best atmosphere in the house was chosen by her to make the house the most appealing it can be to bring in buyers. It worked like a charm, bringing in many potential buyers in the first three days, and creating a very competitive bidding war. Seeing over ten offers in three days, she was able to get me 31,000 over the asking price. Making my life long goal of owning a beautiful family ski boat a reality! House hunting in this market is “hell on heels” but thank God we had an amazing team that helped us through the ENTIRE process.

Now let’s go back!

This house came on the markets WHILE WE WERE ON FAMILY VACATION FOR OUR DAUGHTERS 3rd BIRTHDAY. I saw the pictures and immediately called Tiffany Collins and when I say she jumped on it that’s exactly what she did! We set up a viewing of the home, came back from vacation to look at it and immediately fell in love ❤️ when I tell you I had no clue what the heck would happen next ……..

We put in a offer that night, waited for what seemed like an eternity and Friday, July 2nd the sellers accepted our offer and we were on our way to finally buying a house that was big enough for our entire family!!!!!

Tiffany was not only my realtor, but my guidance and therapist (lol) at times. She helped put me at ease when I questioned EVERYTHING!

I wouldn’t have wanted to take this crazy experience and do it with anyone else. I knew Tiffany matched my energy and would listen. She guided me and broke it down for me when needed. (Which was quite a bit)

Oh and by the way what realtor do you know that will go to timeout for 6 minutes because your 3 year old clearly lost her mind 🤷🏼‍♀️

She is extremely knowledgeable and ALWAYS looking out for your best interest. She recently helped me buy my first home, I was so nervous initially, but she made the entire process stress-free and FUN. What can normally be a stressful process, she makes into such a fun and exciting experience!! We looked at numerous houses together, sometimes multiple a day, and she never once made it feel like a job. She knows what you want and will not let you settle!
