Thanks to Tiffany, I'm writing this long overdue review on the 10th day of my first homeownership.

As a single mother, my confidence in finding a home during a global pandemic and recent market conditions quickly became exhausted shortly after we started house hunting top of 2021.

The near-term drivers for purchasing my first home were to trade my steadily increasing cost of rent for an equal or lesser cost for mortgage; in a location that is central to everything important to me and in a neighborhood/school district that my toddler would thrive in. My longer-term driver was to diversify my investments with what could be a rental property in the future.

Tiffany understood these motivations and was deeply knowledgeable in advising how to best approach and achieve them. She even referred me to an amazing lender who made the financial process painless.

When we finally found "the" condo, Tiffany went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Her established connections within the local real estate community resulted in a quick acceptance on our offer, and an open line of communication with the listing agent + seller. Tiffany also made the administrative process easy and made herself available for all my questions, concerns, doubts, and excitement.

We had a painful escrow process; unfortunately due to the escrow company/agent assigned - Tiffany had to do unnecessary damage control but remained entirely professional in navigating those difficult situations. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were looked after during this entire process and well after closing day. She even had the best closing day basket for my family - thoughtfully curated items from local vendors of some of our favorite things.

I've recommend Tiffany to family and friends. I hope to do the same for you! She won't let you down.

When I started looking on my own, I was a bit nervous about the process, time, and market conditions and I lost faith that I was going to be able to find a place. I was bit overwhelmed and had all but given up looking but Tiffany Hoffman had been listening to what I wanted and stepped up to find me an amazing place! Her effort, professionalism, and expertise helped make this all happen. This is my fist home purchase and there are a lot of unknowns and questions, but she was always available to make sure that I understood certain terms or what was next in the process.

The place came on the market, she had a plan and outlined what we would need to do to make this purchase happen in detail and was confident that we would get the offer accepted. Her in depth knowledge of the market and understanding of different real estate transactions really came into play. She knew the seller was doing a 1031 exchange and how that could benefit us in our offer, and it worked like a charm! The offer was accepted, and she continued to help guide me through the process with all the paperwork and new information.

I was surprised at how easy and smooth she made this transaction happen. I felt that Tiffany really had my best interests in mind and wanted to make sure that this was the right place for me. I am extremely happy about my new place and can’t thank her enough for all her hard work!
