Simply put, Tiffany is the best real estate agent in Eugene. What she did to fix up and stage our house was nothing short of astounding -- easily adding tens of thousands of dollars to our sale price, an incredible ROI. Tiffany's understanding of the market is second to none. She's also just a pleasure to work with. Tiffany is always available to answer questions; her communication skills are impeccable. Tiffany is fantastic! She was presented with the challenge of helping us buy a home from across the country and virtually. She walked us through options via FaceTime and answered all of our first time home buyer questions. Buying a house is nerve-racking and having to do it while 3000 miles away is even more challenging. A friend recommended Tiffany when we needed to sell our house and buy a new one. From our first phone call we felt we were in good hands. With our home purchase she gave us some tips on our offer to make it more appealing to the sellers. In this market that is valuable! She gave us good advice on getting our home ready for sale and had it professionally staged at no cost to us. It was beautiful and sold in 18 hours! Through all the stress and craziness of this process she was always quick to return a call and keep us updated. We always felt like we were the most important client and that is a great skill! I can not say enough positives things about Tiffany Matthews as a person, a resource and specifically as a realtor. She is very professional and, yet, very personable. Her character and integrity were at the forefront as she navigated the process of finding a house in Eugene for me. Because I live in Georgia, it was no easy request for her to find the right house for me long distance. She did and I could not be more thrilled! It was helpful that she grew up in Eugene and "in the business". She knows builders, neighborhoods and the community as a whole. Tiffany was dedicated to finding the right situation to meet my needs as I am moving to be close to my son and his family. She was sensitive to my needs as I will be working once I get settled, my desire to be in a comfortable neighborhood and my interest to be a part of the community. Her many years as a Realtor offered invaluable knowledge and experience from making a selection on a house, to making an offer, signing a contract and to closing the purchase. In addition, Tiffany's thoughtful, methodical demeanor offered the support that I needed during this overwhelming and challenging time of my life. She absorbed my impatience and anxiety while staying the course, optimistic and confident that we would find the right situation for me. I must mention, I bought the house sight unseen. But, by the time she found my house, we had worked together long enough (about 4 months) that she knew what I looking for and I knew she would not steer me wrong. Just as important, because of Tiffany's respect and consideration for all parties involved, I feel like she facilitated and nurtured a good working relationship with the other agent and the seller creating an optimal transition for all. Tiffany came highly recommended by a personal friend when I started looking for a realtor to establish a long-term relation with. After working with her on several offers and a successful purchase I can confidently say she has exceeded all my expectations.

Initially I had found a property I wanted to place an offer on and needed a new realtor, despite the short notice Tiffany immediately made herself available to show the property. I suspected that my target properties were going to be too run down/small to be of interest given her public listing for higher-end homes. My preconceived notion was quickly dissuaded once we met, Tiffany has a wealth of experience that encompasses years' worth of personal real-estate transactions and knowledge that extends beyond that of typical agents.

As we looked at several properties and dialed in what criteria to look for, Tiffany was able to draw on her own experiences to provide the exact candid information I was looking for when evaluating a property.

I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone who needs a realtor that understands the nuanced ins and outs of real-estate and will give every client 100% regardless of if it's a $200,000 property or a $2,000,000 property.

In May of 2020, my wife and I made the move from Anchorage, AK to Eugene, OR, during the early months of the COVID pandemic. We had sold our home in Alaska and started looking for a home in an area where we had no local knowledge or resources. I was transitioning into retirement just to add to the level of stress my wife and I were under already.
Tiffany Matthews of Windermere Real Estate was the listing agent on a property that we arranged to see early in our home search. The property was not for us; however, we were quite impressed with Tiffany and contacted her about helping us find our dream home, which she was quick to agree too. Much to our relief, Tiffany recognized our need to get into interim housing and made this her immediate priority. Tiffany was very patient with us as we picked through the available properties until we found the home of our dreams. After we found our future home, Tiffany arranged for all the required and necessary home inspections to ensure that the house was safe and in good repair. Tiffany found the perfect home for my family early on in the Covid era when uncertainty was rampant and the entire Real Estate industry was "on-hold" Viewing homes in person was difficult, as was establishing or predicting market values, etc... Tiffany is the real deal! She came strongly recommended by our retiring real estate agent and dear friend. I was preparing to sell a home for my sister that lives overseas. I was dealing with multiple contractors and, frankly, was overwhelmed. When my husband and I met Tiffany for the first time, it was as if a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. She explained how she would jump right in and relieve my burden, coordinating with contractors and taking care of the many details necessary to successfully list and present a home in its best light. She did everything she said she would do and much more – way beyond the call of duty. Tiffany is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, hard-working, a clear communicator, and a joy to work with – 24/7. For us, she was an adept personal advisor, coming with recommendations for replacing outdated fixtures, carpeting, painting, staging the home for showings, pricing the property, and more. Tiffany provided excellent insight on the local market, preparing an extremely helpful comparable market pricing document. She coordinated the response to the home inspection and led the process to resolve all the little issues and details necessary to ensure a successful closing. We could not have been happier, although there were times when we felt a little guilty for “dumping” so much of the project onto Tiffany. Tiffany helped us find and purchase our house in 2020. She was fantastic to work with. She started by making sure she understood what we wanted in a house and what we didn't. We were looking during the pandemic and inventory was pretty low. We toured a few houses and she was great about pointing out areas of concern. She never tried to talk us into.a house. Because she understood what we were looking for, she was able to point us toward a house that we had initially dismissed. Once we toured it, we realized it had everything we were looking for and she helped us negotiate a great price and terms for the sale. Plus, she is fun to work with. We LOVE our house and loved working with Tiffany!
