Tiffany has lived in the Greater Seattle area since 1999 when she relocated for a design job (she has a BA in graphic design). She first lived in Seattle (Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Madison Park and West Seattle). Then, she moved down to Tacoma and lived in the Proctor District for 8 years. Gig Harbor is now home, and she’s been living there since 2014.
Tiffany specializes in residential real estate in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and surrounding areas of the South Puget Sound. She's a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She also specializes in working with physicians and people relocating to the area. Before moving to the PNW, Tiffany lived in 8 different states. She knows what it’s like to move to a new area and start over. She’s an expert at handling relocation needs. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, yoga, looking at interior design magazines, antique shopping, listening to live music, traveling, and enjoying the beauty of the PNW. She lives in Gig Harbor with her husband, two teenage boys, and two Cavaliers. She is very involved with her local community and in the public schools of Gig Harbor. She likes to support charities that help foster the Arts. She is the President of the nonprofit Peninsula Hands On Art, which brings art lessons to all of the public elementary schools in the Peninsula School District. She’s also on the board for a nonprofit that supports music education in high school.
