My background includes rural property development, new construction, property rehabilitation, home flipping, short-term rentals, and ownership of a successful bed-and-breakfast. Historic preservation and restoration are among my greatest passions. I have restored historically significant properties and received awards and recognition from local landmarks and historic preservation commissions. This experience provides unique insight into historic and character homes. I spent many years working as a personal assistant to a land surveyor and property developer, collaborating on commercial and residential projects with city, county, and state planning departments. This experience provided valuable knowledge of land use, zoning, permitting, development, and property regulations. I also owned and operated several small businesses for more than 30 years, developing strong skills in negotiation, communication, customer service, project management, and problem-solving that benefit my clients today. After relocating to Portland to be closer to my son, I became a licensed Realtor. Today, I proudly assist buyers and sellers throughout the Portland metropolitan area. I frequently help clients with probate and inherited properties, estate liquidation, downsizing, divorce, foreclosure concerns, rural property sales, and investment opportunities.
