About Tiffany

Most real estate agents know how to sell a house. My experience helps me understand the house, the land, the work it may need, and the transition behind the sale. With more than 30 home sales annually, I bring market knowledge—but my real estate education began long before I became a Realtor®. I spent decades developing rural property, renovating and flipping homes, working with new construction, operating rentals and a bed-and-breakfast, and restoring historic houses. My preservation work received recognition from landmarks and historic preservation commissions. That hands-on background taught me to see what others may miss: potential behind deferred maintenance, lasting value, and problems that should never be minimized. It is especially valuable with historic homes, rural property, fixers, investments, and unusual properties. I spent years assisting a land surveyor and property developer and working with planning departments. This gave me practical knowledge of zoning, land use, permitting, development and complex property questions. Before real estate became my profession, I owned and operated small businesses for more than 30 years. I learned to negotiate firmly, solve problems quickly, manage projects, communicate clearly, and remain accountable. Those skills shape how I represent clients today. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, I help buyers and sellers throughout the Portland area, Salem, and Southwest Washington. I am particularly experienced with inherited and probate-related homes, estate liquidation, downsizing, distressed properties, divorce, investments, and transitions. My estate-sale background helps families create a plan for preparing, clearing, presenting, and selling a property. My clients never receive a one-size-fits-all process. Some need pricing, presentation, and marketing. Others need contractors, staging, research, creative solutions, or a calm advocate who can bring order to an overwhelming situation. I listen first, give honest advice, and remain involved through closing. I spent years serving as a CASA, advocating for children and supporting families. That work strengthened the values I bring to every client relationship: compassion, persistence, discretion and integrity. Real estate is rarely just about a house. It is about family, finances, change, opportunity, and what comes next. My job is to understand the whole situation, protect your interests, and help you move forward with a knowledgeable plan and confidence.

Most incredible home buying experience I have ever had.

Tiffany went way above and beyond our expectations every step of the way.

One of the most kind and caring individuals I have had the pleasure to work with. It was like having a family member as part of your team helping you find the perfect home.

But it did not stop at the usual home finding/buying steps. I was not able to attend the different inspections due to work, but Tiffany attended on our behalf and worked with the seller and inspectors to get it done.

She also had recommendations for a contract/handyman to take care of some small items that we wanted to do prior to moving in. It’s always easier if you can have someone recommend a person or company, it saves a lot of time on researching them, and you still get mixed results.

If you want to work with someone that is personable, professional, reliable, kind and honest, then you can do no better.

Highly recommended,
Ken & Lanxiang

Tiffany Pool is absolutely amazing; we highly recommend her! She has an expertise in rural properties and took us out to varying parts of rural Oregon on very short notice. She knows all the right questions to ask, is extremely responsive to all communications, and explains things in a clear and concise manner. She is extremely patient and has the ability and knowledge to answer a wide variety of questions, especially for first time home buyers (like us!). Tiffany walked us through every step of the process; there was never any pressure or surprises. She is honest, trustworthy, flexible, professional, experienced and kind. She pulled out all the stops for us and we know she will for you too! Highly, highly recommend.
