Nichol Hare served as our buyer's agent for the purchase of a home in the Lexington area moving here from northern Virginia. After 21 years since our last move I think we were a bit more like naive first-time buyers than we should have been. Nichol steadied our emotions and expectations, helped us understand the area, and was phenomenal with the logistics of scheduling many visits in a short time all around Columbia to conquer the seller's market from out of state. Tiffany Sowards from Staged 2 Sold Realty came highly recommended by a close friend. I wanted to help my daughter purchase a small home for her to live in while attending the University of South Carolina. This was a completely out of state (site unseen) purchase. Tiffany went out of her way to make sure she understood exactly what we needed, and found a quiet residential area, near the campus that was within our price range. She looked for locations with the perspective of a mother, and not just a real estate agent. Tiffany has been by our side throughout the search, application, closing process, and beyond. Nichole Hare has been beyond amazing!!! I am so glad I found her ! I am a first time home buyer and closed on a house within 3 months !!! She was so patient with me and explained every step and broke broke everything in a way that I was able to understand !!

I would highly recommend her !!!! She goes above and beyond and has reached out pretty much every day to make sure that I was still good!!! Even when I texted her at 11:00 PM with the nervous jitters she was there to reassure me !

The process has been so smooth and easy going which took me by complete surprise since so much falls into buying a house!

I have never met anyone that has went to such measures to make sure that I get the house that I fell in love with and here we are today- closed on the house !!!!!!

We moved from Colorado to SC a couple of years ago. Tiffany listened to what we were looking for and even did virtual tours while we were traveling so we could find our next home. Once we arrived we hit the ground running looked at houses and finally found the one perfect for us. Tiffany never rushed us or pressured us into a rush buy or an agenda. We all know buying a house can be stressful, not with Tiffany everything was simple and stress free. Tiffany still will answer phone calls on questions about everything. She has a ton of other people she knows that can help you with everything from loans to repairs/remodeling. If you want to find your next dream home with a realtor that will listen to you and treat you like family this is the place to go. We will go with Tiffany and her company if we ever would sell, buy again and will always recommend friends family and people that ask to go talk to her.

Tiffany and her team work hard to find you what you need. Once Tiffany knows what you’re looking for she works to find you the perfect home. We have worked with Tiffany twice, once for our first home and the second time we closed on a piece of property to build on later. The first time we looked at a few homes over the course of two Saturdays and she made searching for a home such a simple process. We told Tiffany what we were looking for and she showed us homes that were what we were looking for that met our budget and features we wanted. If we needed additional services that a realtor typically does not do, Tiffany had a lot of resources that she could point us to.
