Tiffany went above and beyond so we were able to buy a house. She is an excellent communicator from the day 1 we started to look for an house until the closing process, so we know what is going on each steps. She clearly states what is the expectation for housing market and buying process and listened to us what our priority. We only bid for once and able to win against other buyers. She was able to negotiate with seller’s agent which helped us get a great deal. We are so happy with Tiffany. If anyone is ready to buy/sell a house, we recommend Tiffany. She will make your dream come true!

Tiffany was wonderful to work with. She helped us understand every step of purchasing a home. She was always available to answer all of my questions. We are so grateful for her willingness of exploring different cities, and making the drives with us. We went from the City of Orange, Corona and ended up in Norco. Every home that we toured she was always prepared to give us all of the home details. I never felt like she was sugar coating anything. She is very honest and always had our best interest in mind. Tiffany did a great job negotiating the purchase of our home. I’m happy she was our agent and not the sellers agent. She also helped us find a lender and guided us through that process. Tiffany helped me and my family find our forever home. She not only had our best interest at heart but also fought for us with the sellers realtor who had no communication to make sure we got the best of our money and to make sure we were protected and got all the information we needed!
