Tiffany, a lifelong resident of Coastal Virginia, has been a licensed REALTOR since 2013. Starting off in her hometown of Gloucester and continuing to grow her business upon moving to the Southside in 2015, Tiffany is the co-founder and Team Lead for Cape and Coast Real Estate Group in continued pursuit of knowledge and business growth. Tiffany is a consecutive recipient of The Circle of Excellence Award since 2017 for her dedication to her clients and to her profession and She has consistently placed in the Top 5% of her peers in Hampton Roads. She is a licensed Broker in Virginia and North Carolina, servicing the Middle Peninsula of VA to the Outer Banks of NC.

In 2024, Tiffany co-founded Cape & Coast Real Estate Group with her partner Chelsea Axelrod in hopes of continued mentorship and leadership for women in real estate.

Tiffany, her husband Shane and their three daughters, Ada, Lila, and Stella; reside in Virginia Beach. They enjoy spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
