For more than 20 years, she has sold homes from Ankeny to Easter Lake and from Adel to Altoona. She grew up in Des Moines and has a vast knowledge of the metropolitan area. She went to Valley High School in West Des Moines and while Stephanie attended Drake University, Tiffini graduated from Iowa State. She knows Des Moines inside and out, including knowledge about its history and all the advantages of living here. She also understands the hurdles her community must overcome to attract new residents and come armed with information to battle stereotypes that Iowa carries. She has an established network of builders for all price ranges, if you are more interested in building than buying an existing home. Tiffini also works closely with Iowa Realty Relocation Department and is one of the preferred Realtors. Her full-time assistant gives her the advantage of spending more quality time with you. By Kim managing their office, she allows her time to become personally invested in what is important to you, whether its school district statistics or cost of living. Because she does so much of the “behind the scenes” work, Tiffini is able to give you the face time you deserve in a tailored fashion.
