Tiki Jones is an AWESOME Realtor Leon and I met her in January 2020 before the COVID pandemic shut down. Tiki helped Leon and I prepare our house for sale it sold in June 2020. Tiki stayed with us for 3 years through the ups and downs of the housing market, we purchased our forever home January 2024. Tiki is more than a Realtor to us she has become a family member you couldn’t find a more knowledgeable, driven and caring Realtor.

Tiki was so helpful from when we met at our first open house until the closing table and even after we closed. She went above and beyond to help us with our first home, and that’s an understatement! She’s very knowledgeable and kept an open line of communication during the whole process, which made it easy going on our end. Amazing is an understatement when it comes to the service Tiki provided! She went above and beyond to make sure the needs of my children and I were met with purchasing our first home. From the terminology to explaining every document, Tiki was extremely intentional about me understanding the entire process. She was very responsive as well as very patient with all my questions. All the way down to the closing table, she never left my side!

Tiki Jones is an amazing realtor. Working with Tiki was a pleasure. From consultation to closing she was great - honest, helpful, and most importantly compassionate. She was also patient. I'm sure I asked the same question in different ways over and over and she answered every time. She isn't only knowledgeable about real estate generally, she was familiar with the builder and she took the time to know about my potential home. This process was extremely stressful, but working with Tiki took away the anxiety - well most of it - some of it was self-imposed 🤣. I have closed and am enjoying my new home. Thanks to Tiki for calming my crazy! She really is an amazing realtor!

Tiki is very attentive and knowledgeable as an agent. This is my first home that is being built from the ground up. I was pretty nervous when talking to the builder's realtor, but she helped me by asking questions I didn't even think of and also about options that I should get versus ones that weren't cost effective. She made what could've been a harrowing experience a very smooth transaction. I am so grateful for her!!
