I had the pleasure of working with 3DT/Tilman to execute a needle threading move from Northern Virginia. We needed to find a place and fast. Tilman was exceptional in every way, from the selection of homes he found for our specific needs/wants, to covering a place to stay our first night because the new HVac system had an issue on a very hot July night. While the HVac issue is a story for another time that ended well 🙂, the important thing to know is our experience started smoothly and ended in happiness!! We were able to make a short, few days window for a move happen with Tilman’s assistance and expertise, my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied and amazed we pulled it off!! Do yourself a favor if you’re buying or selling, hit him up! I will, when it’s time to move again!

Tilman worked with my spouse and I for over two years when we moved to the area. We knew we wanted to buy a house and didn’t know how long it would take. Tilman has always been there for us and was incredibly patient and willing to help. If we ever decide to buy again in the future we will 100% call on Tilman again.

We were given a notice at Christmas. We had 60 days to be out of the house the owners were selling. I did not know where to start. I saw a house where the realtor was Tilman. I called, and he helped me us. Thank you, Tilmen, for making a frightening and devastated situation right. This was our first house, and thanks to Tilman, we are owning now and not renting.

By far the best closing experience ever! The Keller Williams team helped my family's dream come true in just 30 days. My realtor, Will Tuider, found the perfect place for our large family and in a blink of an eye we were closing. Tillman is an excellent Real Estate Agent that no one should hesitate working with. I was referred to him from a peer and throughout the process he was very helpful in guiding me and making me feel comfortable about the decisions I made which was particularly important to me as this was my first time entering the Real estate market. Tilman is very knowledgeable in the field and always makes sure to pay close attention to details which made it easier to navigate as this process can be overwhelming. In addition Tilman was always available and willing to answer any of my questions which only reaffirmed me. My wife and I enjoyed working with Tilman. He was both our buying and listing agent. He was very easy to talk to and always responds so quickly to our inquiries. He was always punctual. He was the reason why we were able to see the house we ended up buying. He was able to convinced the listing agent to let us see the house before they stopped showing.
