Tilsia I. Stephens Acosta was born in Colón, Panamá and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in French from Longwood College in Farmville, Virginia. She was a member of Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, President of Longwood Pageant Productions, Longwood College Company of Dancers, Chi, and Sigma Kappa Social Sorority.
As a former Pan American World Airways International Flight Attendant, Tilsia acquired multiple skills in speaking, listening, conflict resolution, crisis management and superior customer service for which she received the Airline Passengers Association Outstanding Service Award. These skills make her very adept in understanding and anticipating her customers’ needs and providing excellent customer service to her clients through every phase of their transactions.
Tilsia has extensive Administrative and Executive Assistant experience in the Commercial Interior Design Industry. Her skills in Office Management Bookkeeping, Project Management and Budgets give her the experience and sensitivity needed to process every real estate transaction.
Tilsia is a Certified Protocol Instructor from the American School of Protocol in Atlanta, Georgia. She has used her skills in Dining Etiquette to train young adults and to assist them in personal awareness and growth.
She enjoys mentoring Teen-agers and Young Adults and spends her leisure time dancing, reading and listening to classical choral music. She is the proud mother of 2 children.
