So everyone is looking for Mr. or Mrs. Right in almost everything we do. In the World of Realty, the the housing market is lousy with realtors, some good, some bad, and some ugly. Tim is exceptional (the proverbial fourth category). He is personable, understanding, and very well prepared. I'm not certain if he dragged me or I dragged him to 38 houses (his number). For virtually every one, Tim not only had all the general information but also the inside skinny. He also was not afraid to set me straight and steer me away from the money pits.
