Tim Bartlett

Tim Bartlett is a Top 1% Nashville REALTOR® with over a decade of experience and over $200 million in sales. Tim, his wife Jamie, and their two daughters Lucy and Frankie live in a historic East Nashville bungalow they renovated in 2021. A lover of both New and Old Nashville, Tim revels in the charm of a historic home but still feels just at home in a high-rise condo or a new construction house.

He is most proud of developing real connections with clients that exist long after the transaction has ended. In his free time, Tim loves to play hockey, hike, and travel. As a connoisseur of a good lunch and great beer, he’s always happy to share his culinary recommendations.

Tim has served as a member of theNashville Association of REALTORS® Affordability Committee, where he headed a legislative task-force to increase affordability in Nashville as well as a member of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee, where he wrote and revised the real estate legal documents all agents use. He is a former board member of the Nashville literary non-profit, The Porch.
