Tim’s expertise in homes and sales began as he worked in customer service, sales, and management of a large building materials store. He understands the importance and value of a home to individuals and families, and is committed to making the home buying and selling process as client-friendly and expedient as possible.
After earning a degree in Business Management, Tim pursued his real estate licensure in the State of Florida. He is working with Exit King Realty Bradenton Florida. He is a member of the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). With these memberships, Tim is committed to upholding the high standards and code of ethics of these respected organizations.
