Tim hails from Devon, in the United Kingdom. After attending art college there, Tim set off to see the world, as the photography manager of a with a 5-star cruise line. In 2011 he met his future wife, a Floridian, who was also working on board.
Tim and his new bride decided to settle in Central Florida. During the process of buying their first home in 2013, Tim had a steep learning curve. He was introduced to how everything about buying a home, from inspections , repairs, financing and selection of a location differed from what he had grown up with.
This experience led to a passion to help others navigate the complex process of buying a home, and Tim embarked on a career as a Realtor. For the last 8 years, Tim has put his unique cross-cultural perspective to work, building a cliental of loyal customers. They value his attention to detail, creative flair and endless patience in walking them through the many twists and turns that can arise when buying or selling real estate. Tim truly loves real estate and works with many different clients from first time buyers & sellers to experienced investors.
