My husband & I made the tough decision to downsize & sell our home of 28 years. A lovely 130 year old Victorian that we put our hearts, souls & backs into. It wasn't an easy decision but downsizing & going onto the next chapter seemed the way forward.

We knew our realtor, Dan Liese, because of his excellent reputation for personal service, honesty & years of experience as a Realtor. Additionally, he is well-known and trusted member of our Community in Ashaway, RI.

We appreciated (and were blown away) by the personal, friendly & knowledgeable service that Dan provided to us on each & every aspect of our home sale. When there were questions, he had the answers with concise explanations to walk us through the entire process. Dan made himself available to us & was "hands on" during every point of the selling process.

We are so grateful to have had Dan Liese as our Realtor & would highly recommend to anyone - if you are Selling or Buying, getting an experienced, honest & trusted Realtor, like Dan, is the best "move" you can make.

I decided to sell my home of the past 30 years and move in with my daughter and son-in-law. I had no idea what housing cost or sold for now, so my son-in-law wanted me to at least talk to the Realtor his family had worked with for awhile. He introduced me to Andrew O'Reilly at Seaport Real Estate Services. I found Andrew to be personable, informative and professional. I liked that he came right out to check on the property and had several good ideas on selling it. It turned out to be a fantastic choice as with his knowledge of the housing market and ability to get the property listed in the right places, I received 19 offers in just 3 days of the listing going live. I got more than twice what I thought I would get for my house. I highly recommend you give Andrew a chance to talk with you if you're selling a house and the same goes for buying one. I will use Andrew O'Reilly at Seaport Real Estate Services for any future real estate needs.

I experienced a very positive atmosphere with highly professional people. Mantas was personally involved in all aspects of the sale. He demonstrated a highly professional demeanor with particular emphasis on the legal and contractual aspects of selling real estate. Overall, an extremely positive and satisfying experience.
