I've known Tim for several years, and he's a great real estate agent. Initially, I wanted to purchase a home, and life happened, which caused some changes in planning. He is a great source of knowledge regarding home ownership along with its processes. When it's comes to owning or renting a home, he's the go to guy and good for the job.

My husband was very hesitant with getting a realtor and wanted to sell by owner. I am so grateful that we didn't and used Tim. The lending process is so difficult for buyers now and we were required to complete a few minor details by certified workers. Time handled everything, and went above and beyond. We did not have to do a thing but clean out the house and show up for closing. He even was able to get us more than $25,000 than we had expected his knowledge of the market is incredible. If you just are not quite sure if you want a realtor and not sure who, please read this and select Tim. You can't go wrong! Wish I could give 6 stars!

What can I say about Tim except for he's one of the best Realtors I've ever worked with he shows compassion caring and truly listens he takes the time is not pushy knows his field I would highly recommend I would have used them but I ended up choosing to find a home a second home closer to where my primary was so I am not looking in the South Carolina area otherwise he's the only one I would go to 100%

Tim was great! He never hesitated to set up a viewing when I showed an interest in a property and he did a great job explaining the details of the different offers I could make. He stayed positive even when we lost out on properties and I ended up finding a place that had everything I was looking for without going outside my budget. No easy feat in this market.

Tim Burns was very patient and polite with helping me find a home. I know me and sometimes I can get a little annoying when I want something so badly. Tim never got annoyed with me. Every time I called Tim he responded with care and great patience. Every home I found Tim would sacrifice to meet me there so I could see it. I don’t normally write reviews unless you BLOW MY MIND or WORTH MY TIME to write. I had to write something about this awesome realtor TIM BURNS who made a unforgettable impression on me. It was “Selling made easy” for me. TIM BURNS is hands down AMAZING!!!! Not only was he kind, patient, informative about all details, he was was wonderful to work with. VERY humble!!! He was very detailed through the process, very thorough, and led the way while he allowed you to still drive and make your own decisions. He gave 1000 percent to the process, kept me updated on everything from start to finish. He made sure everything was complete and accurate and on time. Never once did I have to ask about the progress or status of the selling of my home, he made sure I was aware and in the loop. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND his title on several occasions. There was work that needed to be done on the home and he contacted all the businesses, made sure the work was accurately completed and on time. He personally took time to make sure the grass was cut even though we didn’t ask him to do that. Tim was a blessing and a joy to work with. I would do it all over again. I would refer him to anyone looking to sell your home. I’m sure he is as great for anyone looking to purchase a home as well. Tim, you are an asset to the real estate world. You not only bring your knowledge to the table but your character and integrity stands out greater and holds more value than anything and will take you more places than knowledge will. Keep it up!!! I have bought and sold many properties through the years and Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond in his efforts to ensure a seamless sale. "A+ KW Agent" Tim did a great job helping us navigate the Lexington/Irmo housing market. I noticed right away that he is always polite and well-dressed, and he'll tell you what he thinks if you ask him (about your offer, a home's value, etc.) More importantly, he took the initiative of viewing houses that we could not, when we had to leave town briefly in the middle of our search. Also, Tim was good about following up with contractors who dragged their feet throughout the inspection and closing process. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody looking for a great agent whom they can trust and who puts clients' needs first.
