Tim Carney

Born and raised in New England and a Lakewood Ranch resident for almost a decade, Timothy Carney offers a friendly, straightforward real estate service that stems from a successful career as a mortgage lender and property manager. Tim first got into the real estate industry at the insistence of his uncle, also a realtor, who recognized in Tim an innate ability to anticipate concerns and handle them with care. Following a lengthy career as a mortgage lender and through first-hand experiences buying, owning, and selling more than twenty-five personal properties, he had acquired a substantial knowledge of the field. He sought to get his license to create a business built around alleviating common customer pain points. Tim joined Michael Saunders & Company after working for other local brokers and continues to elevate his standard of service to meet the needs of all customers at all price points. He adheres to the “golden rule,” when it comes to any real estate experience, to treat every purchase or sale as if it were his own.
