Tim Cassidy, J.D.

Tim Cassidy, J.D., President, Corporate Broker, Realtor®, ARM, e-Pro oversees the daily San Diego property management and San Diego real estate sales operations. He has the marketing skills and real estate negotiations skills from nearly three decades of property management and real estate sales. Tim also offers expert witness and litigation support services in these areas. He holds a UCSB bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctor law degree, Is an adjunct faculty member at UCSD, is one of the first members of the UCSD Real Estate Advisory Board, and is a Broker, and Contractor.

Tim knows San Diego property and rental values from selling and leasing over a long period and from serving since his 2000 appointment by the County Board of Supervisors as Chair of the Assessment Appeals Board, which hears valuation appeals on residential, land and commercial properties throughout San Diego County.
