We were making a 500+ mile move and reached out to Tim to discuss our wish list for our next home. Tim’s knowledge of the Cincinnati area calmed our nerves about a long distance move. His responsiveness throughout the search, showings, and closing was tremendous. We know that Tim had other buyers and sellers, but you’d never know from the quality of individual service he provided us.

After the craziness of the last year in a pandemic, I expected selling our home to be the same. Tim sold our home in hours! He was professional and amazing!
