Tim DeSpain

Tim DeSpain joined John L. Scott Real Estate in June 2022 as the company’s new Director of Education and Professional Development. Tim’s professional background includes seven years of experience in real estate developing a team and serving as a branch manager. He also brings four years of experience in training and education to his work, having previously developed training programs at Starbucks.

As Director of Education and Professional Development, Tim is responsible for developing and educating educational programs for broker associates and office leadership. He also facilitates Activator and Workman Success Systems classes and heads up the introduction of additional educational opportunities for broker associates.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Arizona State University. He is also pursuing an MBA.
