A TRULY LEGENDARY EXPERIENCE!!! Tim Fahey did an OUTSTANDING job in handling the sale of – not one – but two homes for our family simultaneously. Tim expertly attended to each detail and was paramount in making both transactions as effortless as possible. Although one of them proved to be quite challenging due to circumstances beyond any of our control, Tim dedicated himself fully to seeing it to fruition. His good-natured demeanor was certainly appreciated throughout it all. Tim went far above and beyond working diligently to assist us with many items, as we had already relocated across the country. Simply put, Tim’s tireless efforts are to be applauded.

Above all, Tim’s professionalism and integrity stood out in everything he did from our first meeting until the final call to say “We are on record!” confirming house #2 was all said and done. I would highly recommend Tim Fahey to anyone in need of buying or selling a home.
