CAREER SUMMARY
Tim Freudenthal has over 24 years of extensive experience and education in all aspects of recreational land development, marketing, and valuation. Tim has been involved in every aspect of the real estate industry throughout his career including brokerage, property managment and development, and is a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Tim is also a qualified "expert witness" and has testified in numerous County, State and Federal courts throughout Wisconsin.
Tim has owned and developed many trophy parcels and has been a consultant to private and government agencies, as well as conservancies seeking land acquisitions or easement rights.
As a pilot, Tim enjoys flying to Canada for a few days of fishing, or to Wyoming for a “quick” antelope hunt. Some of his fishing and hunting adventures have been published in aviation-related publications. He also uses his airplane for property inspections and aerial photography, and considers it one of his most valuable real estate tools.

Tim holds credentials in both Wisconsin and Minnesota as a Certified General Appraiser, and is a SRA member of the Appraisal Institute, as well as a licensed sales consultant. Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
