Tim Gilday

Tim joined the Real Estate family during some of the most challenging times of our nation and yet has almost 25 million in sales. Having been a lifelong resident of the area, Tim brings a vast knowledge of potential luxury areas as well as a passion for finding his clients the right match for living out a fulfilled life.

Tim was a dual sports athlete in college playing football and baseball as well as being in the Athletic Hall of Fame at Avila University where he graduated with a Criminology and Justice Studies degree in 2013.

Through these experiences, as well as being a member of the Knights of Columbus, he learned the benefit of being part of a team where dedication, hard work and focus results in success as well as many connections throughout the nation.

Tim’s heritage includes several family businesses which he has been an integral part which has also contributed to his strong work ethic and personal fortitude for strong negotiations to achieve the best for his clients to reach their real estate goals.
