Tim Gossen

Tim Gossen is a native of Rayne, LA and graduated from Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish, LA. He then went on to garner Degrees in both Architectural Drafting and Architectural Estimating from Southwest Louisiana Vocational College in Crowley, LA

In 1974 Tim began his professional work career with the prestigious Residential Building Firm of Nolan & Henry Simon where he eventually earned the title of General Manager. His responsibilities included the design and overseeing of all the new construction. These homes were located in some of the top subdivisions in Lafayette including but not limited to Bois De Lafayette, Tanglewood Terrace, Carolwood, Orgeron Heights and Villa Hernandez. In 1977 Tim received his Louisiana Real Estate License.

With the slow down in our local economy in the mid eighties, Tim decided to enroll in The University of Southwestern Louisiana (now ULL). He earned a BS in General Studies graduating in December 1989. In 2000 Tim garnered his Real Estate Brokers License and went into Real Estate Sales as a full time salesperson.

Tim has sold may homes in Acadiana and his clients consider him a friend. Tim specializes in residential home sales, commercial land sales and service stations. He would love to be your next REALTOR. Tim will definitely greet you with a smile, an outgoing personality and a wealth of Real Estate knowledge. He resides in his ancestral home in Roberts Cove, LA with his dogs and cats.
