Tim has been a full-time real estate agent representing buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles area for over ten years. Tim has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condominiums, and income properties. Leveraging his own personal experience purchasing, remodeling, and selling homes, Tim walks his first-time and experienced clients through the nuances of buying and selling real estate. Tim’s time and dedication to his clients before, during, and after the sales process is evident in the sheer volume of repeat and referral business he sees from his clients. Prior to a full-time career in real estate, Tim honed his marketing skills as a management consultant working with Fortune 500 companies across many different industries. After residing in Silver Lake for years, Tim along with his husband, two sons, and their dog now call Pasadena home.
