When I decided to sell my home, I contacted several local Real Estate Agents/Brokers and asked them to research my property and then come to my home with a market analysis and a strategy for a sale. Tim's approach was by far the most prepared and professional. He is also an extremely nice person who is well liked in the QC community. I can not share ENOUGH how AMAZING Tim the Realtor is! My wife and I were first time home buyers and have no knowledge of homes at all (We watch HGTV, but that's where our knowledge ends!). I say this because Tim came alongside us the WHOLE way, walked through houses with us, pointed out trouble spots, and gave us such great advice! His knowledge in the realm of houses and real estate is unmatched! I also appreciate that he didn't force anything on us, but was so helpful! Always willing to answer a text or call, and advocating for us throughout the whole closing process as well.

He even went to look at multiple houses for us when we were away, Facetiming us in the whole time, pointing out trouble items, even on his off day! When I say how great this guy is, I really mean it! Working with Tim was excellent! He was very responsive to calls, texts and emails. He always made sure I was understanding the more complicated things. Very professional and on multiple occasions went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do on behalf of us his customer. I just wish I wasn't moving away, so I could see him in action when he tackles helping someone buy a place!!

Always a headache when you trying to buy a house. So many houses you want to see, so many calls to set up “ showings” so many “ins and outs” from so many houses you want to see. It’s exhausting and frustrating.
