My husband had taken another job in SC so I was left to sell our huge, over-stuffed house in Sautee (near Helen, GA). I saw a billboard advertising We sell Cleveland! I called and asked Emily, What would you do to sell our home? After assuring me that she would do everything possible through marketing and advertising we decided to give them a chance. I met with Emily at the house and she suggested that I paint several rooms (they were dark colors) so that the house flowed. And she suggested that I removed some of the clutter. Tim even came and helped with an old fan that needed to be replaced. After 4 pages of notes, I followed every suggestion that she made. We got a firm contract on the house 3 months later. Tim and Emily watched over the contract, making sure that no one was taking advantage of us. Emily returned my phone calls, and texts promptly and even stopped by several times to see how I was doing. I really appreciated her phone calls and texts and her professional conduct which were present every week that our house was on the market. I needed someone who would aggressively sell our house at the price that we wanted and Tim & Emily did just that. They also found us a real estate agent in SC that worked with the same integrity.

For example, when we first met them we already had a pre-approval letter from an online mortgage broker, they recommended us to someone who actually saved us several thousands of dollars on the mortgage and closing costs.
