I am a 48 year Phoenix native and alumnus of the ASU class of ''91. I have worked in residential real estate for the last 11 years after spending 2 years in commercial real estate. I have represented clients in 139 transactions and have bought and sold 10 of my own properties in the last three years.

*** Internet Appeal is the new Curb Appeal! To obtain the highest possible sales price in the shortest amount of time, one must use a high-end media package to capture the absolute best aspects of the property. I personally direct every photo shoot to capture the property in the same way a new home builder showcases their homes. I always have photos taken at dusk, with wide angle, High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography, multiple flash sources, elevation poles, drones and extra interior lighting to make the property glow for the exterior shots. As you know, if you don’t capture the buyer’s interest on their first viewing of the photos, you have lost out on a great opportunity to make them want the property and they may skip it all together. My goal is for the buyer to see themselves living in your property before they even see it in person. This initial, emotional commitment can make all of the difference. I also syndicate my listings to all of the top consumer based websites so they see the same media package wherever they are viewing their next home.
