Tim Kearney

Tim brings over 10 year’s of real estate industry experience and has been with Veranda Homes since 2007. Tim is a graduate of Cal Poly, Pomona, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law and his MBA in Entrepreneurship.
Tim has been a Costa Mesa resident since 2004 and is married to Samantha Kearney, a lifelong Costa Mesa resident. They have two adorable children who keep them very active in the community.
Tim has extensive knowledge of the local area and has been very active in real estate finance, having closed over $3 billion in real estate financing transactions since 2008. Tim’s customer service focus has enabled him to achieve phenomenal results for his clients.
