Being new to the home buying experience, I made a few missteps, but Tim was more than happy to steer me back on track and did so with a pleasant attitude. He wasn’t shy about telling us what we didn’t want to hear and had our best interests at heart. We ended up with a perfect home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Tim! Tim is an excellent realtor and helped us find the perfect home for our family, our budget, and in a great location. He spent hours answering our questions, checking on houses for us, took his time to learn exactly what we wanted and took us to showings that made sense. He quickly responded when we needed answers and is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice guy. Buying a home can be very stressful, but Tim has relieved that stress and we highly recommend anybody looking to buy or sell a home to give Tim a call! I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

We met through a listing for a property and could not have been happier with the service Tim supplied us. I am a retired builder and home inspector and know the requirements that I wanted in an agent. A realtor has to be diligent, persistent, knowledgeable and dedicated to your needs. Tim has meet all this criteria.
I've met many realtors through the years and Tim would be my top choice. We were very fortunate to have been able to work with him and can't recommend him more highly. He is a professional at his work. When your dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars, you need it right the first time. His suggestions where to look have ended with us finding the perfect spot.
Our purchase was from out of state and the whole transaction was seemless.

I live in Baltimore and my two sisters live in Missouri. We all went together to buy a vacation home in Venice, Florida and Tim was the perfect real estate agent for us. He was patient, which was extremely important given that he was trying to please 3 buyers. He showed us homes we never would have considered had he not presented creative options and ultimately we bought in a development we never would have visited had it not been for Tim. He was also very thorough in coordinating closing details for out of state buyers and he hooked us up with a terrific handyman who did some work that we would have had a hard time coordinating had it not been for Tim’s referral.

It was a real pleasure working with Tim. Tim was very patient with us and showed us a large number of properties over a long period of time. We did not live in FL, so Tim also went the extra mile and did videos of places we were interested in. He’s not pushy and he’ll give you honest feedback. We worked with Tim for about two years in the process of selling our condo and searching for a home in the Venice area. We were not in a rush and had a relatively narrow search criteria for Tim to work with.

Tim helped us out with every request we made of him. He always was quick to respond to correspondence. We were out of state when a home that interest us came on the market. We asked Tim if he would view the house for us and send us some video. He did this for us the same day. We flew back to Venice the next day and had an accepted offer on the home two days later.

Tim was a pleasure to work with and is a knowledgeable and accommodating Realtor.

We engaged Tim as our realtor because of his marketing outreach and because Caldwell Banker does good marketing on social media as well as traditional forums. He was always available for questions or follow through, worked with our schedule for Open Houses, communicated helpful advice and information. He took care of all details and the closing was trouble free. We sold our home in 42 days and feel that Tim's professionalism was an asset to the sale.

We worked with Tim Kelm this winter, and he was a wonderful realtor. He was always available to us and made us feel like his most important clients. He is personable, responsible, knowledgeable, and while he would share his opinion when we asked him to, he never foisted unsolicited advice on us. Tim is personally very laid back, yet professionally completely on top of things. He was very patient with us, and helped shepherd us through the home buying experience in Florida, which was somewhat different from other states we have lived in. He never made us feel foolish when we asked the same questions multiple times! In addition to helping us find the perfect home, he also was great about recommending excellent people or companies to call for home repairs or improvements which we wanted to complete. We would call upon Tim again in the future, if we ever wanted to move!

Tim was very helpful from start to finish. Buying out of state is always a challenge. Tim listened to us and checked the area to make sure we didn't miss anything. He video taped our new home so we could see if we wanted to put in an offer and it worked out!! We can't wait to be there full time.

- [ ] We found Tim Kelm to be a pleasure to work with on our recent house purchase. He knew the Venice real estate market well and was able to help us find the house that fit our needs without wasting time and effort. Within one weekend of looking, we had signed a contract. Upon our meeting with Tim, he listened to our wants and desires in a new home and he presented us with the few options that had everything, including gas appliances. Tim spent the next couple of days taking us out looking and helped us make our decision. Thereafter, Tim kept an eye on the construction progress and was available to help us out through closing.
