I previously had a successful career in the technology industry with IBM, Harris Corp, and Microsoft - where I ended up in charge of worldwide Spanish Internet Marketing. But a passion for Real Estate led me to sales over 20 years ago in Costa Rica, where I moved with my Colombian wife. Once I convinced her to move to the Sates, I began selling in the award winning, masterplanned community of Viera, FL. It is now ranked in the top 25 nationally. I sold the first $1M dollar property closed at at Viera Realty while working there for 7 years under the Viera Company. My family also moved into Viera's first million dollar neighborhood.
I sell anywhere on Florida's Space Coast to locals, people from all over the US, and Internationals around the world. My team and I are familiar with the Latino & Chinese cultures and specialize in fulfilling the needs of these fastest growing market sectors. We speak the language and are included in the culture. Specializing in these niche markets allows my International Advantage Group to increase the number of potential buyers for anyone selling here in our area. They make up the most rapidly expanding group of buyers in the entire US, and particularly in Florida. They tend to purchase primarily with cash, eliminating the uncertainty of mortgage qualification. My team has also been featured on the reality TV show House Hunters twice!

Some of my favorite activities are spending times with family and friends, making new friends and sharing experiences, being outdoors, nature, hiking, biking, exploring, reading and studying the Bible, and visiting Costa Rica each year.
