Construction Management: Contractor selection and field construction. Responsible for drawing reviews, ADA compliance, shop drawing reviews, inspections, cost control, change order approval, payment approvals

Real Estate: Identifying properties, cold calls to sellers, writing contracts, property search and research for municipal requirements and infrastructure details.
