Tim and Kristi Green are great! They found us the perfect condominium! This was our first condo purchase and we had lots of questions. They are very knowledgeable, and knew most of the answers, but if not, they researched the question to find the correct answer. They definitely went above and beyond and we will definitely be using them again.

Kristi and Tim Green are THE BEST. Our contract got a bit side-tracked by some delays (the nature of the beast) and Kristi worked like a true PRO to keep the sellers' and their agent satisfied with the changes and addendums we needed to add to close this deal. I have bought and sold many improved and unimproved parcels of real estate over the years and, I can honestly say, Kristi is BY FAR, one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with on any deal. In fact, I was so impressed, she will be working with two of my children to get them their dream homes! DON'T BOTHER LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE......YOU FOUND THE BEST (Note: I am a licensed agent in another state and I've been doing this a LONG time. I WAS IMPRESSED!)
