Choosing Tim Lester International Realty was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I've had three prior real estate transactions here in Manatee County over the past 30 years so, I have access to many agents. I chose "Team Lester" based on their knowledge and reputation throughout Palmetto, Fl. My first meeting with Tim and the agent, Mike Smaljanovich, was excellent, timely and on point with my needs.
Initially, I was selling my home to move out of state and into a friend's apartment. Mike listed my home the day I took off to do a trial run in the apartment for 2 weeks. He had my house sold before I got back. His guidance and suggestions through the selling process were phenomenal.
During that time, I changed my mind on out of state living and decided I'd like a condo In Bradenton, Fl. I knew where I wanted to be, my price range, which was low btw, and I had to do it fast. I had no place to live as of closing day on my home. I can't express the amount of work Mike put into finding me a condominium. He was diligent, honest, reliable, punctual, reachable, reasonable and most of all an incredibly likable guy. At times I got emotional to say the least and he could talk me off those ledges in a manner that made me feel very at ease and I knew he had my best interest at heart 100%.
His hard work, years of expertise and experience are the reason I'm living where I want to be. It would never have happened without him.
I get a little misty-eyed thinking of how grateful I am to have made such a good decision.
Having Mike Smaljanovich as my agent is one of the best experiences I've had in my life. I'll be continuously grateful and would certainly use him and Tim Lester International Realty again. I recommend you do as well.

I have been buying and selling real estate for 30 years and have been in the mortgage business for 22 years, so I work with a lot of realtors. Ryan Tuttle may be the best realtor I have worked with in all those years. My wife and I decided to relocate to the Sarasota area, and I looked up some stats in the area for strong realtors, and I found Ryan. He is professional, intelligent, experienced, and when things don't go perfectly he is in the trenches with you all the way. We were in contract on a home, and decided not to do that deal until our home in NJ sold, we went back to the drawing board months later, and found a home in Lakewood Ranch. Things got sticky because of our Buyers in NJ and their ability to get a loan, and Ryan and I worked minute by minute and day by day in a very intense 10 days, to make sure we got the deal done on our purchase. I don't know very many realtors who would have been able to pull this off. If you are moving anywhere near Sarasota, Long Boat, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Ryan is a must call, or of course if you are selling your home, he knows the market as well as anyone and will get you what you need for your house and more. I highly, highly recommend Ryan Tuttle.

I am very impressed with Mike's professionalism, keeping up with constant communication and follow through. The entire experience was very professional , great ongoing communication and follow up throughout the entire new build and great follow through even after closing. Mike Smoljanovich our Tim Lester Realtor saved the day to help us buy our house in the Sun City Center area of Florida as there was no inventory within our price range in the West part of Florida . Our backs were agains the wall in Massachussets - where we just sold our house and just began our 2 month Use & Occupancy. I had just fired my other agent who was not moving fast enough. Within a day of choosing Mike through Tim Lester he had traveled out to the Lennar Cypress Mill Manor Development on a Saturday morning and saved the day. Although we ended up purchasing a home in another area of the state, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate Julie for the work she did for us. At an emotional time for my family, I reached out to Nate Neri, Tim Lester International Reality, Inc, agent, to help me sell my parents condo in Bradenton, Florida. Nate met with my dad and myself to discuss options for selling. Nate explained everything thoroughly and patiently with my 85 year old dad. The contract was signed that day and Nate then handled everything from there, including finding someone to thoroughly clean and take professional pictures before the condo went on the market. The condo sold within days for a price beyond our asking price. Please note, this was all done by email or text as we moved my dad to Illinois to live with family.

Nate kept us abreast of everything by text, email, or phone. Not only Nate keeping us informed, there was one other feature that I found amazing, the emails from Tim Lester International Realty, contacting me when a showing was scheduled. The email stated the date and time of the showing and a second email was sent when the showing was completed. This is a wonderful service especially when you live out of state!

Nate was personable, compassionate, and professional at all times. I highly recommend Nate Neri for all you real estate needs!!

We have had a great relationship with Patty Keen-Freed of Tim Lester Realty. We lived in MN and made a brief visit to Lakewood Ranch in 2021. Patty showed us the properties(new builds only) we had shortlisted and gave us a lot of insight into the properties and more information about Parrish especially. We signed the contract for a new home in LWR and had to wait a year for it to be built.
Patty was great during that one year. She attended the design sessions on our behalf, face timed with us and helped us through the process. She also attended the pre-drywall and pre-closing home inspections and was our advocate during the entire time.
This saved us a lot of hassle of having to travel during COVID and helped us feel comfortable with the build process even though we were a thousand miles away. She constantly sent us pictures and videos of our new home and was a joy to work with.
We really appreciate all she did for us and look forward to working with her again when we sell this house.

This was a great company to work with. My husband and I worked with Erin to buy our first house. She kept in contact with me for over a year while we got all of our thoughts together and finally were ready to start house hunting. That meant a lot to me. Most people wouldn't have done that.
She was very communicative and readily available. She spoke to both my husband and I through texting a lot which was a big help as it was the easiest way for us to talk.
She answered all of my questions, which were a lot since I had no idea what I was doing. She even gave us several referrals for people we needed (mortgage person, pest control, house inspector, and insurance person). This was a huge help.
We really aren't too picky and knew what we wanted so we didn't spend more than a couple weeks looking at houses. The whole process was quick and easy thanks to Erin and her recommended contacts.
She also stayed in contact with the seller's realtor so our questions were answered quickly throughout the process.
Erin is very nice and down to earth. She made it feel like a partnership rather than someone just trying to get us to buy something.
