Tim Long

Tim has represented Fafard Real Estate for 25 years as a commercial leasing and Residential broker. In January of 2007, Tim was promoted to Sales Manager for Fafard Real Estate where he is responsible for Residential sales of new construction homes and condominiums in the Boston Metrowest area.

Tim specializes in guiding buyers through the new construction experience and has comprehensive experience in purchasing and residential home construction planning.

Tim is a member of Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Realtors Association and Multiple Listing Service.
