I highly recommend Tim Lozinak and Streett Hopkins if you are looking to sell or buy your home in the Harford County area! They demonstrate professionalism, friendliness and expertise in their field. I was daunted with the task of selling my recently passed away Fathers house and they made the whole process super easy. I reside in Florida and I truly wouldn’t of used any other real estate agent AND they are local. Tim was fantastic and was great to work with! He went above & beyond for me since I couldn’t be in the Maryland area for the selling process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Full disclosure, Tim is my younger, stubborn brother! I have lived in Spenceola for the past 7 years and totally love the area. I had been looking for something bigger and when the opportunity to purchase a larger townhome came available right down the street on Rachel Circle, I knew I had to jump on it, especially with today’s crazy competitive market. Within minutes of contacting Tim about the property, we had an appointment set up to view it.

Later that same afternoon, we had an offer put together and submitted. Very shortly after submitting my offer, it was accepted and Tim handled all of the small details. Tim had all of the inspections lined up quickly and everything seemed to be moving along smoothly. Two days before closing, an issue with title came up and ultimately delayed it a week. Tim stayed on top of it and made sure to call/text me with any updates. After a week delay, we got to closing, and I could not be more satisfied with the service received. If you want an agent that is responsive, reliable, honest, and overall a caring person, look no further!
