Tim R. Luten brings over 48 years of experience in investment real estate to his clients, with a deep expertise in the Albuquerque market. A native of Albuquerque, Tim’s extensive knowledge of the area and its apartment sector has made him a trusted advisor for clients seeking professional guidance in the analysis, purchase, and sale of investment properties. He is committed to providing the highest level of service and genuine representation, with a focus on the most current marketing and investment strategies.

Tim specializes in financial strategy development, asset acquisition and management, and asset disposition. His expertise extends to underwriting and navigating Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, further enhancing his ability to assist clients in achieving their investment goals. As one of the founders of T&C Management Company and the Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, Tim has a proven track record of success and leadership in the real estate industry.

Outside of his professional achievements, Tim is a dedicated family man, married to his wife Sharon for over 46 years. Together, they have three adult children and are active members of Risen Savior Catholic Community. A passionate hardball player, Tim has won numerous tournaments, including a state title.

Currently, Tim is leading a movement to organize groups to place flags at the National Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day. A proud member of the Cherokee Nation, Tim continues to contribute to his community both professionally and personally.
