Tim Mathias

Ihave been a resident of the area most of my life. Shortly after graduation from college, I took up Real Estate as my lifetime occupation, and have never looked back. In the early 90’s I became the Broker of Rancheria Realty, and over the years I have expanded my expertise in all aspects of the industry. As the Broker of a small office, I am directly involved in representing both buyers and sellers, the part of the business I love best. Rural Real Estate and Country Property are my occupation and enjoyment.
