I create the office policies with input from long term staffers and handle all REO and HUD owned properties. I have worked with, in some aspect, first time home buyers, relocation companies, REO Departments, short sales, state and county bond programs, non-profit assistance programs, high end properties-relocation companies, renovation (203k)/investor properties, HUD, VA, Resolution Trust (RTC-early 1990s), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and most aspects of residential real estate. We represent HUD through HomeTelos in 3 counties; current clients include both asset management companies and banking institutions. These include First Preston, Premier Asset Services (PAS)-Wells Fargo, Integrated Asset Services (IAS), ServiceLink (Assetlink), Green River, Single Source, Nationstar, Colonial Savings, Residential Credit Solutions and EMC. We have the financial resources to handle large expenses for multiple properties and are up to date on the laws, rules and codes that are associated with REO.
