Tim Moore

Tim has been a full-time real estate agent since 1988. He and his wife, Jan, owned their home in Kill Devil Hills from 1991 to 2015 and built a new home in Kitty Hawk in 2009. He has sold real estate both there, in North Carolina, and in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Tim listens to his clients' needs and understands the importance of making the right choices. He knows firsthand about vacation rental homes, having had one for twenty years. Tim knows the Outer Banks market and works with first-time home buyers, investors, builders, and multiple home owners.
