Having moved a lot, and across several states, I can confidently say that Tim is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Between having good intuition and being a good listener, Tim was constantly fine tuning the hunt for a new house. When it came to making an offer, Tim wrote the most robust and compelling offer I’ve ever seen a realtor write. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tim. I cannot recommend him enough! Don’t look anywhere else - hire Tim!!

Tim was phenomenal at helping us find a home! He worked with our family to set up showings and FaceTimed with us so we could see the properties since we were out of state. He was very candid. He was super available via phone to answer any questions every step of the way.
